Charlotte joined the THEIRS team shortly after Jazz’s event, and in a relatively short period of time has made an exceptional impact. What she has achieved so quickly speaks to her natural leadership, creativity and deep capacity for compassion and empathy. Charlotte has an innate ability to create trust, drawing people toward her for guidance and support in ways that feel genuine, safe and empowering.
In 2025, Charlotte stepped into an ambassador role, representing THEIRS as part of the ABC Heywire Takeover event. Through this opportunity, she worked alongside a group of young people to identify and address a critical gap in connection between generations, contributing thoughtful insights and youth-led solutions grounded in lived experience.
Charlotte also co-led the refinement and delivery of THEIRS’ training program, playing a key role in bringing it to life. Her willingness to show vulnerability, share lived experience and engage openly resonated strongly with participants, with trial sessions receiving overwhelmingly positive feedback. Charlotte’s contributions continue to strengthen THEIRS’ programs and culture, and her leadership reflects the values of connection, courage and community that sit at the heart of the organisation.
